The Veena Verma Memorial Art Exhibition, organized by Nicolle Verma, concluded its third and final day with remarkable success. Over the course of the exhibition, most of the stunning artworks created by talented female artists were sold to passionate art lovers and collectors.

The event saw an impressive turnout, with heavy footfall and the presence of numerous dignitaries who came to support the cause over the past three days. The exhibition’s goal of honoring the legacy of Veena Verma, while promoting education for children, resonated deeply with all who attended.

In addition to celebrating art, the exhibition also paid homage to the literary legacy of Shrikant Verma, an iconic poet and writer whose works, including the celebrated “Magadh,” continue to inspire readers across generations. His contribution to Indian literature has left an indelible mark, with his writing reflecting deep introspection and a profound understanding of society and politics.

As a mark of appreciation, Mrs. Anca Verma, Trustee of the Shrikant Verma Trust, presented certificates of participation to the artists, acknowledging their creative contributions. The exhibition closed on a high note, leaving an indelible mark on the art community and inspiring future endeavors in both art and education.

Late Shrikant Verma, a renowned literary figure and a two term member of parliament, was married to Late Veena Verma, a three-term member of parliament. Together, they built a legacy of cultural and political contributions to Indian society.

Their son, Dr. Abhishek Verma, continues to uphold the family’s traditions in various fields, including philanthropy and business. He is married to Mrs Anca Verma, a global philanthropist, and together they have a daughter, Miss Nicolle Verma, and a son, Aditeshwar Verma.
